Job summary

Alfanar seeks an Agile Delivery Leader to drive Agile and Scrum practices across IT and digital transformation initiatives in Saudi Arabia. You will enable effective delivery, high-performing teams, and continuous improvement while guiding enterprise Agile maturity and governance across multiple workstreams.

The role emphasizes coaching Scrum teams, facilitating ceremonies, and partnering with Product Owners to refine backlogs and ensure transparent delivery metrics to leadership.

Qualifications

Academic Qualification Bachelor Degree in Information Mgmt. Sciences & Systems or Any relevant field.
Work Experience 6 to 10 Years.
Technical / Functional Competencies Applications System Analysis, Applications System Design

Responsibilities

Lead the adoption and implementation of Agile and Scrum methodologies across projects and transformation initiatives.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure effective execution of Sprint activities.
Coach Scrum teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles and practices.
Monitor Agile metrics and deliver progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Project Managers, and developers to optimize delivery.
