About the Role

Are you ready to lead Agile delivery that turns digital ambition into high-impact products and technology solutions?

This role is central to driving Agile delivery across digital transformation initiatives, ensuring high-quality solutions are developed and released on time. It plays an important part in advancing our strategic and operational objectives through disciplined governance and delivery excellence.

A core part of the role is managing project scope, integrated plans, delivery milestones, resources, and KPIs across complex digital initiatives. Working closely with product owners and stakeholders, the position keeps priorities aligned to business value, urgency, and delivery capacity.

You will also lead Agile ceremonies, support development teams, and remove impediments that affect progress. Success in this role depends on keeping teams focused, collaborative, and ready to deliver against agreed outcomes.With responsibility for release planning, this position coordinates backlog priorities, dependencies, testing needs, and business readiness to support controlled delivery. It also oversees risks, issues, constraints, and dependencies, ensuring timely mitigation and clear escalation where needed.

In addition, the role drives stakeholder engagement across business, digital, technology, operations, and external partners to enable strong alignment and informed decision-making. Continuous improvement is equally important, using delivery metrics, lessons learned, and feedback to strengthen quality, predictability, and efficiency.

About You

Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 7 years of experience in Agile delivery, project management, digital product delivery, or technology transformation environments, including at least 3 years leading cross-functional teams.

You are expected to possess an Agile or Scrum certification such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or SAFe Agilist.

You will bring strong expertise in backlog management, release planning, stakeholder engagement, risk and issue management, and Agile delivery frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid models, supported by sound judgment, clear communication, and a strategic mindset.
