Job summary

alfanar is seeking an Agile Delivery Manager to drive Agile transformation across IT and digital initiatives in Riyadh. You will champion Scrum practices, coordinate with Product Owners, and lead continuous improvement efforts to boost delivery velocity and quality.

The role requires coaching teams, managing backlogs, and reporting progress to stakeholders, leveraging Jira/Azure DevOps for delivery governance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Mgmt. Sciences or related field.
Experience leading Agile/ Scrum transformations across multiple projects.
Strong knowledge of Agile practices and metrics (velocity, backlog, Sprint reporting).

Responsibilities

Lead adoption and implementation of Agile/Scrum methodologies across initiatives.
Coach Scrum teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles and practices.
Monitor delivery progress, risks, and impediments; ensure transparency to leadership.
