Career Legal in Riyadh seeks a Senior Accountant to support the Finance Manager and drive daily finance operations. You’ll interact with US and London teams to meet local financial needs and ensure accurate billing, tax filings, and audits.

Your role covers reconciliations, month-end close, and regulatory submissions, requiring Arabic and English fluency, attention to detail, and strong communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 3+ years of transactional finance experience (billing, AR, AP, GL, payroll).
• Knowledge of KSA accounting standards, tax regulations, and regulatory requirements.
• Fluent written and spoken Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable, accounts receivable and bank reconciliations.
• Manage client billing, e-invoicing and collections with the London team.
• Submit client e-bills via local electronic billing systems and verify submission.
• Support month-end and year-end close including accruals and adjusting entries.
• Assist with local regulatory and tax filings in coordination with Finance Manager and consultant.
• Coordinate financial and tax audits, providing required support and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Firm policies and take on ad hoc assignments.
