The Senior Accountant will manage billing, AR/AP, GL, inventory, and revenue recognition, while preparing statements and reports for management and ensuring tax compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP principles.
• Proficient in MS Office and accounting software like QuickBooks.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting operations including billing, A/R, A/P, GL, inventory accounting and revenue recognition.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports for management.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Monitor cash flow and manage bank reconciliations.
• Train and mentor junior accounting staff.
• Participate in month-end and year-end close processes.
