Qualifications

• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and customer-facing delivery.
• Working knowledge of ITSM/ITIL, infra operations, and service desk.
• Technical background in systems administration or infra operations.
• Strong English communication, stakeholder management and negotiation.

Role Summary

DXC Technology is seeking a Security Service Delivery Manager to oversee day-to-day service delivery for a client account in Saudi Arabia. The role is responsible for service performance, customer satisfaction, operational coordination, resource planning, and financial oversight. You will work across delivery teams to resolve issues, meet agreed service objectives, and drive improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Service Delivery and Customer Management

• Act as the primary delivery contact for account stakeholders and coordinate activities across service teams.
• Monitor service performance against agreed service de ions and objectives.
• Lead service reviews, address escalations, and ensure improvement actions are completed.
• Work with operational teams to maintain consistent delivery standards and a strong customer experience.

Operations and Change

• Coordinate work across infrastructure, service desk, and security delivery teams.
• Support major changes and transformation activities, including resource planning and operational readiness.
• Review processes, identify gaps, and implement improvements that increase service efficiency and quality.
• Participate in operational meetings and account governance reviews.

Resource and Financial Management

• Forecast delivery resource needs and support capacity planning.
• Monitor delivery expenses, recovery, billing inputs, and time tracking to support accurate reporting and invoicing.
• Contribute to planning for work transitions or migrations between delivery teams.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 6 years of relevant IT service delivery experience, including 2 years in a comparable service delivery role.
• At least 3 years of experience in outsourced or managed IT services.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing customer-facing service performance.
• Working knowledge of ITSM or ITIL practices, infrastructure operations, and service desk delivery.
• Technical background in systems administration or infrastructure operations.
• Strong English communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience overseeing security services in a managed services environment.
• Experience with service transitions, large changes, and delivery improvement programmes.
• Relevant ITIL, cloud, or infrastructure certifications.
