Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a Security Service Delivery Manager in Saudi Arabia to oversee day-to-day service delivery for a client account. You will drive service performance, customer satisfaction, and operational coordination across delivery teams to meet agreed objectives and improve outcomes.

Responsibilities include leading service reviews, managing escalations, coordinating cross-functional work, forecasting resources, and monitoring expenses to ensure accurate reporting and profitable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 6 years of IT service delivery experience, including 2 years in a comparable role.
• At least 3 years in outsourced or managed IT services.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing customer-facing service performance.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM/ITIL practices and service desk delivery.
• Technical background in systems administration or infrastructure operations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary delivery contact for account stakeholders and coordinate activities across service teams.
• Monitor service performance against agreed service descriptions and objectives.
• Lead service reviews, address escalations, and ensure improvement actions are completed.
• Work with operational teams to maintain delivery standards and customer experience.
• Forecast delivery resource needs and support capacity planning.
• Monitor delivery expenses, recovery, billing inputs, and time tracking.
