Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited is seeking a Delivery Head to lead end‑to‑end service delivery across a portfolio of strategic customer accounts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will drive revenue realization, customer satisfaction, delivery excellence, and growth through strong governance and executive engagement.

You will oversee multiple programs and managed services, ensure SLA/KPI adherence, and partner with Sales and Account Management to identify opportunities.

Qualifications

• 16+ years of progressive experience in IT services, consulting, or outsourcing.
• Proven leadership of large delivery portfolios and customer relationships.
• Experience delivering in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and with cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct end‑to‑end service delivery across multiple programs and managed services engagements.
• Ensure delivery against scope, schedule, cost, quality, and customer expectations.
• Build robust governance, risk, escalation, and performance tracking mechanisms.
• Forecast revenue, margins, utilization, and profitability targets for the portfolio.
• Lead customer governance meetings, executive reviews, and growth initiatives.
• Mentor and develop delivery managers and project managers to build strong delivery capability.
