Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company 1 in Riyadh is seeking an experienced readiness and security testing lead to own build readiness, plan tests across environments, and ensure controlled handover for corporate and asset IT Security programs. The role requires 6–8 years in IT security delivery, a bachelor’s degree in CS or cybersecurity, and preferably a master’s in CS or cybersecurity.

You will coordinate with Design teams and Cybersecurity, enforce gates, compile validation packs, and drive risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or Cybersecurity is required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 6–8 years in IT security delivery across corporate and asset environments.

Responsibilities

• Own build readiness, testing orchestration, and controlled handover.
• Enforce gates, close defects, and produce audit-ready validation packs.
• Operate exit-gate governance across environments.
• Supervise Go/No-Go forums and document risks, exceptions, compensating controls.
• Maintain change calendars aligned to asset windows and blackout periods.
• Lead evaluation of IT Security controls and PoC activities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders; publish readiness dashboards and cutover plans.
