Job summary

Dirah Development seeks a Security & Monitoring Coordinator to safeguard our sites. You will monitor CCTV, document incidents, and support access control for staff and visitors while coordinating with security teams.

Ideal candidates hold a diploma or bachelor’s in security/risk/OHS or related field, 0–2 years' experience, and strong Arabic and English communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 is expected.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV cameras and security surveillance systems and escalate as needed.
• Document security incidents and observations with up-to-date records.
• Support access control procedures for employees, visitors, and contractors.
• Coordinate security patrols and inspections and follow up on actions.
• Review surveillance footage while maintaining information confidentiality.
• Support emergency response, evacuation, and security preparedness activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments, security personnel, contractors, and service providers.
• Prepare security alerts, reports, and updates as required.
• Ensure compliance with security policies, privacy requirements, and confidentiality standards.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Security & Monitoring Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will contribute to maintaining a safe and well-organized environment by monitoring surveillance systems, documenting security incidents and observations, supporting access control procedures, and coordinating with security teams and relevant departments. The role requires a high level of confidentiality, responsiveness, and appropriate escalation of security-related matters.

1. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV cameras and security surveillance systems, identify unusual or suspicious activities, and escalates them in accordance with approved procedures.
• Document security incidents and observations, ensuring that relevant records and reports are accurate and up to date.
• Support and monitor access control procedures for employees, visitors, and contractors.
• Coordinate security patrols and inspections and follow up on observations and corrective actions.
• Review surveillance footage when required while maintaining the confidentiality of information and evidence.
• Support emergency response, evacuation, and security preparedness activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments, security personnel, contractors, and service providers to complete required security procedures.
• Prepare security alerts, reports, and updates as required.
• Comply with security policies and procedures, privacy requirements, and information confidentiality standards.

2. Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Risk Management, Occupational Health and Safety, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in security, surveillance, CCTV systems, access control, or a related field.
• Good communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications.
• Strong attention to detail, with good observation and follow-up skills and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
• Ability to work and coordinate effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
