The House Hotel Jeddah, part of Kerten Hospitality, is seeking a Security Manager to protect guests, staff and assets across all security domains at our property on King Road. You will oversee patrols, access control, CCTV and emergency response to ensure a safe guest experience.

With 3–5 years in hospitality security, you will lead security teams, coordinate with local authorities, manage budgets and contracts, and train staff in safety procedures, fire life safety, and incident reporting,

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of security experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of security operations, risk assessment, and emergency response.
• Experience with government entities and civil defense involvement.
• Ability to manage teams, contractors, and budgets.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Responsabilités

• Oversee hotel security operations including patrols, access control, surveillance, and emergencies.
• Ensure smooth operation of CCTV, access control, key control, and alarm systems.
• Lead security activities and respond to incidents promptly.
• Monitor fire and life safety, evacuation, and crisis procedures.
• Plan security risk assessments and security plans for events and VIP visits.
• Manage security contractors and service providers.
• Maintain incident reports, investigations, and lost-and-found records.
• Ensure compliance with Kh company security policies and Saudi regulations.
• Train staff on security awareness and drills.

ABOUT THE ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and maintain the hotel’s security operations, including patrols, access control, surveillance, and emergency response.


• Ensure smooth operation of security systems such as CCTV, access control, key control, and alarm systems.


• Lead security activities and ensure timely response to and resolution of incidents.


• Monitor and maintain fire and life safety, emergency preparedness, evacuation, and crisis management procedures.


• Plan and implement security risk assessments, security plans for events and VIP visits, and security improvements.


• Manage security contractors, service providers, and security-related contracts.


• Maintain accurate incident reports, investigation records, and lost and found procedures.


• Ensure compliance with company security policies, Civil Defense requirements, and Saudi security regulations.


• Train and support staff on security awareness, emergency drills, and best practices.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

• Minimum 3–5 years of security experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.


• Strong knowledge of security operations, risk assessment, fire and life safety, and emergency response.


• Experience working with the Saudi police, General Directorate of Civil Defense, and other government entities.


• Ability to manage security teams, contractors, and budgets.


• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.


• Leadership skills with the ability to manage and support a team.


• Saudi national preferred, in line with localization requirements for security roles.


• Fluent in English and Arabic.
