Job summary

Sheraton Hotels & Resorts in the Central Area District of Medina, Saudi Arabia, seeks a Management-level Loss Prevention & Security professional to assist in daily operations, protect property assets, and ensure guest and employee safety while supporting budget goals.

You will supervise incident investigations, conduct risk assessments, maintain logs and compliance with laws and SOPs, and train staff in emergency procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years experience in security/loss prevention or related area OR Bachelor’s degree with 1 year experience in security/loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Assists in hazard and risk assessments including quarterly OSHA/SAFETY audits.
• Maintains logs, certifications and documents required by law and SOPs.
• Supervises and reviews initial incident investigations and promotes timely responses.
• Follows key control guidelines in loss prevention and property security.
• Promotes and implements accident and fire prevention procedures.
• Inspects recording system as part of patrols across interior and exterior areas.
• Handles complaints and resolves grievances related to security incidents.
• Oversees loss prevention operations including patrols, emergency response, investigations and shipping/receiving processes.
• Assists with first aid program for guests and employees.
• Works with local law enforcement and emergency services; informs executives and staff timely.

Education

High school diploma or GED; 3 years experience in security/loss prevention or related professional area

Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice or related major; 1 year experience in security/loss prevention or related professional area
