Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3 years experience in security/loss prevention.
• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice or related major with 1 year experience in security/loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Assists in hazard and risk assessments at the property, including OSHA/safety audits and incident tracking.
• Maintains logs, certifications and documents required by law and SOPs.
• Supervises and reviews initial incident investigations and ensures timely responses.
• Follows key control guidelines in loss prevention and property security.
• Oversees patrols, emergency response, investigations, and related processes.
• Assists with first aid programs for guests and employees.
• Collaborates with meeting planners to ensure safe, successful guest experiences.
