BEC Arabia is seeking an experienced Scaffolding Foreman to join our Logistics Department in Riyadh. You will supervise erection, inspection, and dismantling of scaffolding, ensuring OSHA and SBC compliance while coordinating with project teams across mega-projects.

You will lead a skilled, multinational crew, train staff on safe practices, and maintain accurate records to meet timelines and quality targets on Saudi Vision 2030 initiatives.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training in scaffolding preferred.
• 至少 5 years of scaffolding experience with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Certifications in Scaffolding Inspection or Advanced Scaffolding Techniques (CITB, CISRS, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of OSHA standards, ISO 45001, and SBC.
