• Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and MS Office; good English report writing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project-specific quality and safety plans per standards.
• Monitor compliance with SBC, ISO 9001, and ISO 45001 on-site.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to identify issues and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors on QA/QS.
• Prepare NCRs and corrective action reports; track closure.
• Lead toolbox talks and safety training for site teams.
• Review method statements and risk assessments submitted by contractors.
• Support incident investigations and root cause analyses.
