Job summary

Duncan & Ross Consulting in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced delivery leader to own the end-to-end rollout of a voluntary savings product, with a target launch in Q1 2027. The role blends product expertise with program management across design, technology, operations and customer experience.

You will coordinate internal teams and external partners, align with legal and regulatory requirements, establish governance, manage risks, and provide executive reporting while guiding pre-launch readiness

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in designing, implementing and launching savings products.
• Strong program management capabilities across design, technology, operations and customer experience.
• Proven ability to lead complex programs with multiple functions and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated delivery plan, milestones, dependencies and launch readiness.
• Apply savings product expertise to challenge plans, identify gaps and resolve delivery and pre-launch issues.
• Coordinate internal teams, external partners and vendors with clear ownership and timely decisions.
• Work with legal, compliance to incorporate Saudi regulatory requirements into the delivery plan.
• Establish governance, manage risks and issues, and provide executive reporting.
• Coordinate launch preparation, handover and early post-launch stabilization.
