Job summary

Confidential, an established group in the financial services sector, seeks a Product Manager in Riyadh to lead the build of a new consumer digital product. You will own the backlog, write clear requirements, and align with design and engineering to ship features that meet regulatory standards.

You will translate business needs into concrete specifications, run discovery and user testing, coordinate with legal and compliance for timely releases, track milestones, and maintain product

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management on consumer digital products; mobile experience preferred.
• Track record shipping end to end with design and engineering teams.
• Strong written specifications; you define edge cases and failure states, not just happy paths.
• Experience in financial services or another regulated industry is a strong advantage.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Based in Saudi Arabia; transferable iqama preferred for expatriate candidates.

Responsibilities

• Own the product backlog: write clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Work daily with design and engineering to ship: scope, prioritise, unblock, verify.
• Translate business requirements into buildable specifications covering flows, edge cases, and failure states.
• Run discovery and user testing; turn findings into product decisions.
• Coordinate with legal, compliance, and operations so releases clear internal review first time.
• Track delivery against milestones and report progress to senior stakeholders.
• Own product documentation: journeys, release notes, decision logs.
