Job summary

Duncan & Ross is seeking a Program Manager to lead the delivery and launch of a voluntary savings product in Saudi Arabia. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage dependencies and ensure regulatory alignment for a Q1 2027 launch.

You should bring hands-on savings product experience, strong program management discipline and excellent stakeholder communication to drive on-time delivery and post-launch stabilization within a financial services context.

About the job PROGRAM MANAGER - VOLUNTARY SAVINGS PRODUCT

Role Purpose

Lead the delivery and launch of the client's voluntary savings product (due Q1 2027), combining practical savings product expertise with strong program management. The candidate should bring firsthand experience of product development and launch, including common challenges, dependencies and lessons learned.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the integrated delivery plan, milestones, dependencies and launch readiness.
• Apply savings product expertise to challenge plans, identify gaps and resolve delivery and pre-launch issues across product design, technology, operations and customer experience.
• Coordinate internal teams, external partners and vendors, ensuring clear ownership and timely decisions.
• Work with legal, compliance and relevant specialists to incorporate applicable Saudi regulatory requirements and approvals into the delivery plan.
• Establish effective governance, manage risks and issues, and provide clear executive reporting.
• Coordinate launch preparation, operational handover and early post-launch stabilization.

Essential Experience and Capabilities

• Demonstrated hands-on experience in designing, implementing and launching savings products within banking, insurance or a comparable financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of the savings product lifecycle, including product features, customer onboarding, servicing, operational readiness and post-launch performance.
• Proven ability to lead complex programs involving multiple functions and external partners.
• Strong ownership, structured delivery discipline, sound judgment and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
• Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Preferred Profile

• Arabic speaker with strong English communication skills.
• Previous experience launching savings or comparable financial products in Saudi Arabia, with practical familiarity with the relevant regulatory environment.
• Experience working with public sector or social insurance institutions.
