Job summary

You will partner with Marketing, IT, Legal and Risk teams to design value propositions, specify product features and ensure profitable delivery across channels.

Qualifications

• Around 5 years of experience in Personal Finance Product management.
• Strong technical background in personal banking products.

Responsibilities

• Conducts analysis to assess performance, revenue and profitability of lending products against plans.
• Designs lending products based on consumer needs and competitive landscape to increase customer base.
• Develops value propositions, specifications and features for new lending products.
• Coordinates with stakeholders across CRM, IT, branches, marketing, legal and risk for product development and launch.
• Develops training and sales support materials to communicate product value proposition.
• Supports marketing programs and campaigns to drive demand and customer acquisition/retention.
• Collaborates with Marketing and Retail Banking/Wealth Management to understand business requirements and ensure profitability.
