Job summary

Deutsche Bank AG is seeking a senior Trust and Securities Services leader for Saudi Arabia to own P&L, drive strategy, and manage key client relationships within the custody/post-trade domain.

Role requires 15+ years of experience, CME exam clearance, and strong knowledge of clearing, settlement, and global custody. English and Arabic skills are advantageous for regional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 15+ years total experience with at least 5 years in securities services/post-trade.
• Saudi CME Exam cleared.
• In-depth knowledge of clearing/settlement, global custody, fund administration.
• Ability to manage deadlines and priorities with key stakeholders.
• Experience in relationship management and leading complex projects.
• Middle East experience is advantageous; English with Arabic advantageous.
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L for the local TSS book of accounts and drive business objectives.
• Lead the local team to execute strategy and align with global TSS goals.
• Manage key client relationships through regular engagement and reviews.
• Deliver MIS and executive updates with market development and strategy content.
• Represent the function with regulators and authorities on custody/post-trade matters.
• Maintain relationships with market participants and brokerage community on exchange connectivity.
• Collaborate with TSS Product to enhance custody offerings for local needs.
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure smooth processing and timely settlement.
• Drive risk management, audit readiness, and business continuity planning.
