Job summary

State Street Corporation is seeking an Assistant Vice President to lead end-to-end post-trade custody operations in Saudi Arabia (KSA). You will oversee clearing & settlement, cash funding, FX operations, corporate actions, and client onboarding while ensuring strong risk controls, regulatory adherence, and high-quality client delivery.

This role covers activity with Saudi Exchange, Muqassa, Edaa, and SAMA, Sunday–Thursday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline (Master’s/MBA preferred).
• 10–12 years’ experience across settlement, custody operations, corporate actions, FX operations and reconciliations.
• 3+ years’ people management experience (KSA / Middle East experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of post-trade risk & controls, exception management and stakeholder communication.
• Working knowledge of SWIFT; familiarity with Bloomberg/Refinitiv advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end clearing & settlement for Saudi Exchange trades with Muqassa and Edaa participation.
• Manage cash/funding, DvP settlement and KSA net settlement practices.
• Oversee FX operations for settlement needs and timely confirmations.
• Lead corporate actions, dividends, income processing and reconciliations.
• Oversee client onboarding and Edaa account setup for settlement readiness.
• Maintain controls, evidence management, and audit readiness; support audits.
• Lead a small-to-mid sized team and collaborate with brokers, custodians, and market infrastructures.
• Develop KPI/MIS reporting for post-trade performance and drive automation.
