Job summary

GRG is seeking a Territory Supervisor to drive sales, distribution and commercial execution across Wholesale, Key Accounts and General Trade in a designated Saudi Arabia territory.

You will partner with distributor teams, grow multiple product categories, and sharpen market presence through in-market execution and promotional activities, while coaching sales capability and applying data-driven strategies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial experience across multiple channels.
• Experience with distributors and distributor sales teams.
• Strong understanding of sales execution, distribution and performance.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic knowledge is a plus.
• Good knowledge of the Saudi market and retail dynamics.

Responsibilities
