Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical power or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in Managing Service Sales.
• Proven Service Sales leadership in an OEM with large IB management.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Saudi Arabia Services Sales organization.
• Drive collaboration across a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders.
• Identify, generate, and pursue new service business opportunities.
• Own and execute the Country Services Sales strategy and targets.
• Oversee budgeting, planning, and governance with Hub and Global teams.
• Establish long-term relationships with key Saudi customers and decision-makers.
