Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive market research on Riyadh’s hotel sector, including supply and demand dynamics, competitive positioning, and emerging trends.
Build and maintain financial models for hotel valuations, feasibility studies, and investment analysis.
Prepare presentations, reports, and investment memoranda for clients and internal stakeholders.
Maintain databases of hotel performance metrics, transaction records, and market intelligence; develop dashboards to present data clearly.
