Job summary

Ennismore is seeking a Training Coordinator to provide administrative and logistical support for all training functions, help prepare materials, and maintain accurate training records.

You will coordinate training schedules with department heads, assist in identifying development gaps, and ensure content reflects luxury standards and FAENA brand values. English and Arabic fluency is required, with Saudi national preference.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, Education, or related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in training, learning & development, or hospitality operations.
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or resort environment is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic; additional languages are an advantage.
• Familiarity with hospitality SOPs and guest service standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and logistical support for all training functions.
• Help prepare training materials, presentations, manuals, and SOP documentation.
• Maintain accurate training records, attendance logs, and employee development files.
• Support employee engagement activities.
• Coordinate training schedules with department heads and employees.
• Support the Training Manager in identifying training needs and development gaps.
• Ensure training rooms and materials are properly prepared and organized.
• Assist in tracking compliance with mandatory training programs (safety, service, brand standards).
• Promote a positive learning culture aligned with FAENA standards.
• Ensure all training activities reflect luxury hospitality expectations and brand values.
• Assist in updating training content to reflect operational changes and service enhancements.
