Job summary

Unifonic seeks a Corporate Operations Specialist to oversee day-to-day HR operations, GRO, and local labor compliance for the Saudi Arabia team. You will manage onboarding, government portal tasks, Iqama/work visa processing, and vendor relationships, ensuring regulatory compliance and excellent employee support.

You will handle office administration, facilities, travel logistics, and petty cash management while collaborating across teams to deliver timely resolutions within SLAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of HR, People Operations, or Government Relations (GRO) experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Direct experience navigating Saudi government portals (Qiwa, Mudad, Muqeem, GOSI) and solid understanding of Saudi Labor Law.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and verbal) for portal management and multi-office communication.
• Experience with petty cash, medical insurance policies, and vendor invoicing.
• Comfort with HRIS platforms and Microsoft 365 tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations, GRO, local labor compliance, office administration, and vendor management.
• Serve as the primary operational anchor for the Saudi Arabia team with onboarding and regulatory compliance.
• Handle government portal tasks (Qiwa, Mudad, Muqeem, GOSI) and Iqama/work visa processing.
• Oversee visa processing for new joiners and visitors; manage documents, licenses, and registrations.
• Support onboarding workflows, office facilities, and travel logistics; manage petty cash and invoicing.
