Impactors Consulting Services seeks a Senior Consultant with Saudi-market credit card experience to lead product improvement initiatives for a banking engagement. You will work with the client's product owner and functional teams on diagnosis, solution design, pilot plans, and handover.

You will analyze funnels with the Data Analyst, evaluate card propositions and pre-approved offers, and design business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Competenze

• 5–8 years of credit card product experience in the Saudi market.
• Experience in product management or product ownership across banking and technology teams.
• Experience in consulting or client-facing project delivery preferred.
• Understanding of the credit card lifecycle: acquisition, eligibility, approval, issuance and activation.

Mansioni

• Lead product improvement initiatives with the client product owner and functional teams.
• Develop the project initiative backlog and implementation roadmap based on impact, effort and dependencies.
• Define business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria; support client delivery coordination.
• Partner with CX to improve digital journeys and CX handoffs; prepare pilots and success metrics.
• Prepare client decision materials and hand over roadmap, requirements and learnings.
