Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master in Computer Science, MIS or equivalent
• SAP or Oracle certification is a plus
• Proficiency in English and Arabic required

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements and map business processes
• Support testing of applications and end-user training
• Troubleshoot issues in existing applications and support ERP-related changes
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and maintain confidentiality
