Job summary

Yallo Retail in Riyadh is seeking an experienced SAP BASIS Lead with 10+ years to lead S/4HANA deployments, system upgrades, and HA/DR strategies across on-prem and cloud environments.

You will oversee HW sizing, OS/DB/Network infrastructure, and ensure seamless integration between SAP components, BTP, SuccessFactors, SAC, and on‑premises systems. Proven expertise in SAP installation, upgrade, and system management is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Green/Brown field implementation.
• Installation and upgrade of S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, HCM, BO/BODS, SRM, PO, BTP, Fiori and Solution Manager.
• Plan projects and estimate timelines; perform HW sizing.
• Good knowledge of OS, DB, networking and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• S/4HANA and SAP product installation with HANA and non-HANA DB; upgrade activities.
• HW sizing and project plan preparation.
• Backup/restore, Web Dispatcher install and load balancing; DB Refresh/DB upgrade.
• Integrate BTP, SuccessFactors, SAC, and on‑premises systems.
• HA setup for SAP apps and DB hosts; DR setup and sync.
• Daily checks, monitor critical processes, and maintain backups.

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency):

• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA Green/Brown field implementation
• Installation and Upgrade of S/4 HANA, BW/4HANA, HCM, BO/BODS, SRM, PO, BTP, Fiori, and Solution Manager systems
• Responsible for preparing plans for projects and timeline estimation
• H/W sizing and estimation
• Should have good knowledge on OS, DB, N/w and infrastructure

Good-to-Have:

• Experience in S/4 HANA implementation and conversion, SAP product installation and Upgrade

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role:

• S/4 HANA and various SAP products installation with HANA and Non-HANA DB and upgrade activity
• H/w sizing and project plan preparation
• Backup/restore of the system
• Web Dispatcher Installation & load balancing, System copy / DB Refresh, DB upgrade
• Integration between BTP, Success Factor, SAC, and On-Premises systems
• HA setup for SAP applications and DB hosts, DR set up and sync
• Daily proactive database and environmental checks, monitoring of critical processes setup, maintenance of database backups.
