Job summary

Yallo Retail is seeking an experienced SAP BASIS Consultant to manage SAP landscapes onsite in Riyadh. You will ensure system stability and drive continuous improvements aligned with IT best practices.

The role emphasizes operations, upgrades, SAP Solution Manager/ALM usage, and disaster recovery planning with a focus on security and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of proven SAP BASIS administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP landscapes including S/4HANA, ECC, BW, CPI.
• Hands-on experience with HANA/Oracle/MS SQL databases and DR/HA.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily SAP BASIS operations (monitoring, performance, troubleshooting).
• Handle system upgrades, support packages, kernel updates, migrations.
• Work with SAP Solution Manager/SAP Cloud ALM for change & lifecycle management.
• Plan and execute Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies and regular drills.
• Ensure high availability, security, and compliance across SAP systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support projects.

We are looking for an experienced SAP BASIS Consultant with strong expertise in Operations, SAP ALM, to join our team. The role involves managing SAP landscapes, ensuring system stability, and driving continuous improvements in line with business and IT best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily SAP BASIS operations(system monitoring, performance tuning, troubleshooting).




• Handle system upgrades, support packages, kernel updates, and migrations.




• Work with SAP Solution Manager/SAP Cloud ALM for change, incident, and lifecycle management.




• Plan and execute Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies and perform regular DR drills.




• Ensure high availability, security, and compliance across SAP systems.




• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support projects and critical business processes.

Experience:

• 5—10 years of proven SAP BASIS administration experience.




• Strong knowledge of S/4HANA, ECC, BW,CPI, and Solution Manager/ALM.




• Hands-on expertise with HANA/Oracle/MS SQL databases.




• Experience in DR/HA setup and execution.




• Good understanding of SAP security, audit, and compliance standards.




• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:

• SAP BASIS or HANA certification.




• Knowledge of SAP on Cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP).
