Alfred H Knight AB Minerals Arabia has an exciting opportunity for a Sample Preparation Technician to join our team in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Reporting to the Sample Preparation Supervisor and Sample Preparation Assistant Supervisor, you will be responsible for working with client samples and prepare them for analysis in the laboratory according to set procedures and instructions.
In this role, you will adhere to strict Quality Management System (QMS) guidelines and SOPs, maintaining precise records, following change management protocols, and using only calibrated, properly maintained equipment. You will actively support the implementation of new Quality Assurance procedures to keep standards high. You will uphold all AHK AB health and safety policies, apply lock-out/tag-out procedures, wear required PPE, and comply with current OHS legislation. You will also proactively report and correct any unsafe practices, compliance concerns, or environmental risks to ensure a safe operational environment.
