Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a commercial minerals lab or sample preparation.
• 2+ years in a supervisory role, managing and training staff.
• Degree or diploma in Mineral/Geology/Chemistry is an added advantage.
• Excellent English communication and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Manages the process of sample preparation as the samples arrive in the lab.
• Maintain shift production levels and ensure turnaround time is met.
• Train staff and monitor performance.
• Ensure compliance with QMS guidelines and safety policies.
