Job summary

Visa is seeking a Manager - Business Planning and Support to drive planning and execution for the Sales organization. You will provide technical and administrative product information, work with market research to inform customer pricing, and allocate accounts to Sales Representatives while maintaining automated tracking.

The role requires strong analytical and project management skills, experience with Excel/PowerPoint and AI-enabled tools, and the ability to coordinate across markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 0+ years with a PhD.
• Experience in business analysis, strategy, payments, or financial services.
• Experience in financial planning, data analysis, and reporting.
• Fluency in Generative AI technologies and integrating AI tools into processes.
• Exceptional project management and cross-functional leadership across markets.

Responsibilities

• Support BPO Head and partner with BD and functional units to meet goals.
• Create robust country and functional plans and track progress.
• Coordinate data collection with functional units, BD teams and management.
• Prepare and distribute quarterly market sales performance data and monthly profitability reports.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses into markets, clients, products, and revenue streams.
• Review resource allocation vs plans and suggest reallocations.
• Support governance frameworks for leadership review meetings.
• Champion CRM adoption and publish opportunities, dashboards, and account plans.
• Lead cross-country projects requiring broad coordination.
• Build collaborations with partners and Account Executives to grow business.
• Provide regular sales performance reporting to stakeholders.
