Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis, strategy, or management consulting.
• Experience in financial planning, data analysis, and reporting.
• Fluency in Generative AI technologies and integration of AI-powered tools into business processes.
• Excellent project management and execution across markets and functions.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint; Power BI/Tableau/Business Objects a plus.
• Experience in CRM adoption and account planning and supporting cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support BPO Head and partner with business development and functional units to achieve goals.
• Create robust country and functional plans; track progress with regular business reviews.
• Coordinate data collection with functional units, business development teams, and management.
• Prepare and distribute quarterly market sales performance data and monthly profitability reports with commentary.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses into markets, clients, products, and revenue streams for insights.
• Review resource allocation versus plans; suggest reallocations or reprioritization.
• Support governance frameworks for leadership reviews with cross-functional meetings.
• Drive internal adoption of Visa CRM tools and publish opportunities, pipeline dashboards, and account plans.
• Lead projects across the cluster requiring broad cross-country coordination.
• Develop relationships with partners and account executives to grow business.
• Provide regular sales performance reporting to internal stakeholders for data-driven decisions.
