Job summary

MODEX SOLUTION in Riyadh seeks a Sales Operations Support Specialist for on-site, full-time role. You will act as the bridge between sales, manufacturing, and site execution, ensuring the sales pipeline remains accurate, moving, and well documented.

You will manage lead intake, quotations, and BOQ coordination, ensuring timely follow-up on proposals and contracts. Data hygiene and KPI reporting in Odoo will be essential, with archives kept in order and issues resolved to boost customer

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years in sales back-office or commercial operations (manufacturing, construction, or signage valued).
• Hands-on proficiency in Odoo (or similar ERP) and advanced Excel.
• Fluent Arabic and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the link between sales, manufacturing and site execution to keep pipeline accurate and well documented.
• Manage lead intake, quotations, and BOQ coordination; follow up on proposals and contracts.
• Maintain data hygiene and pipeline tracking in Odoo; track KPIs and prepare sales reports.
• Follow up on milestone invoices, delivery notes, and keep contract archives in order.
• Resolve operational issues affecting customer satisfaction and improve sales workflows.
