Qualifications

• Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets and build client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Sales Leadership: Lead and manage sales efforts within the manpower industry, focusing on acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships.
• Client Management: Use Odoo CRM and sales modules to track client interactions, manage sales pipelines and monitor performance metrics.
• Solution Selling: Identify client needs and deliver tailored solutions that ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to understand client requirements and ensure the best service delivery.
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, close deals and facilitate onboarding of new clients.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities and industry developments.
• Sales Reporting: Generate and analyze sales reports in Odoo to assess performance and forecast future sales.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue and market share within the manpower industry.
• Team Support: Provide training and guidance to junior sales staff on utilizing Odoo for sales tracking and management.
• Industry Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the manpower industry, its challenges and opportunities.
