Job summary

Moyasar in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist - Inbound Sales to join our growing Sales team. You will be among the first contacts for businesses exploring Moyasar's payment solutions and you will qualify inbound opportunities, understand merchants' needs, and guide them through the sales pipeline.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in Inbound/Inside Sales or similar roles.
• Experience handling and qualifying B2B leads.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable speaking with businesses to understand needs.
• Experience using CRM and managing sales pipelines.
• Target-driven with strong follow-up skills.
• Experience in fintech or digital payments is a plus.
• Arabic and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with prospects and move qualified opportunities through the pipeline.
• Maintain accurate merchant, lead, and opportunity information in the CRM.
• Coordinate with Sales and other teams during onboarding journeys.
• Track inbound leads, conversion rates, and sales performance.
• Ensure timely follow-up and a positive experience for merchants.

About The Role

We're looking for a Sales Operations Specialist - Inbound Sales to join our Sales team at Moyasar. You'll be one of the first points of contact for businesses interested in Moyasar's payment solutions. You'll handle inbound opportunities, understand each merchant's business and payment needs, qualify potential customers, and help move the right opportunities through our sales pipeline.
