Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, spoken and written.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience using a CRM system to record and track customer and sales information.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to handle several requests and deadlines.
• Careful attention to pricing, quantities, dates and customer details.
• Clear and professional communication by phone, by email and in person.
• Willing and eligible to work on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, proposals and commercial offers from approved templates and price lists, routing them for internal approval.
• Compile tender and RFP submissions, gathering required documents and tracking deadlines.
• Complete supplier registrations and vendor onboarding forms for customers and portals.
• Maintain an organized library of sales documents, contracts and price lists.
• Receive and record customer purchase orders and verify against quotations; raise discrepancies.
• Coordinate order tracking with delivery, project management and finance teams.
• Request invoices from finance and ensure delivery with correct documents.
• Track outstanding payments and coordinate collections with finance.
• Keep CRM data accurate and up-to-date; generate weekly/monthly sales reports for the Sales Head.
• Schedule customer meetings, coordinate calendars and travel; communicate with customers in Arabic and English.
• Prepare meeting materials and take minutes; support events and campaigns.
