Cornerstone Global Partners is representing a Saudi-based industrial manufacturer recruiting a Sales & Operations Director. You will lead the business end to end with full P&L accountability, driving revenue growth and disciplined operations to fulfill commitments.

You will personally win new customers in Saudi Arabia, align sales with production and procurement, and shape the organization’s structure and processes as the business scales. Fluent Arabic and English are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Full P&L ownership in industrial manufacturing or related sector.
• Proven track record of growing revenue and improving margins.
• Hands-on experience linking sales forecasts with production and procurement.
• Experience leading a small or mid-sized business.
• Solid Saudi market experience and relationships with local industrial customers.
• Fluent Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L and build profitable growth through demand generation and disciplined pricing.
• Personally open doors and win new customers in Saudi Arabia.
• Connect sales commitments with production, procurement and inventory so orders are delivered on time.
• Improve margins through better purchasing, less waste and sound product costing.
• Shape the organisation’s structure, skills and processes as the business grows.
• Turn business plans into clear KPIs and build an accountable, collaborative team.
