Role Overview

The Sales Operations Associate supports the sales team by optimizing processes, analyzing data, and ensuring operational efficiency. This role is key to improving sales performance, maintaining accurate records, and aligning cross‑functional teams to support revenue growth.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure accurate pipeline and sales reporting.
  • Prepare sales performance reports, dashboards, and forecasts for management review.
  • Support sales planning, target setting, and incentive tracking.
  • Coordinate with finance, legal, and operations for smooth deal processing and compliance.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales efficiency.
  • Assist in onboarding and training of new sales team members on tools and processes.
  • Monitor and manage data quality, sales documentation, and contract accuracy.
  • Operate in a high‑performing and fast‑paced work environment.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in sales operations, business operations, or a related analytical/support role.
  • Real‑estate operations experience (preferred).
  • Prior experience working in post‑sale execution or documentation‑heavy roles is highly desirable.
  • Experience in the KSA / GCC real‑estate environment is a strong advantage.
  • Strong understanding of transaction workflows.
  • Payment verification and documentation handling skills.
  • Ability to manage SPAs and complex documentation processes.
  • Reporting and dashboard preparation using Excel or CRM‑based tools.
