Job summary

Flip retail is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support the sales group with procedures and data-driven administration. You will drive Salesforce uptake, ensure data quality of profiles and accounts, and coordinate customer assignments while promoting consistent sales processes across regions.

You will analyze data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities, assist Sales Reps and Monitoring to improve performance, and share knowledge with the Global Sales Operations team on best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s in Business Administration or related field.
• Min 3 years in Sales or Customer Experience.
• Strong data-driven approach to sales optimization.
• Proven ability to influence without formal authority.

Responsibilities
