Job summary

United Homeware Company - nice is seeking a Business Analyst to join the team. You will analyze sales, profit, and KPIs across stores and channels, and develop Power BI dashboards to improve reporting visibility.

You will prepare weekly trade reports, monitor performance against budget and LFL, and collaborate with Planning, Operations, Marketing, and E‑Commerce to drive action and forecast demand. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales, profit, quantity, margin, and other KPIs across stores, categories, and channels.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and automated reports.
• Prepare weekly trade meeting reports (WTD/MTD/YTD) with key findings and actions.
• Monitor performance against budget and LFL, identify gaps and opportunities.
• Analyze store and category performance, top-selling items, and ROS.
• Monitor KPIs like traffic, transactions, conversion, and ASP.
• Analyze sales trends and historical performance for forecasting and planning.
• Coordinate with Planning, Category, Operations, Marketing, E-Commerce and others to review performance.
• Identify risks, gaps, and growth opportunities; provide management recommendations.
• Validate data accuracy across reporting systems and dashboards.
• Prepare performance summaries and management reports for reviews and decisions.
• Track action plans and evaluate impact on business performance.

We are actively looking for a Business Analyst to join our Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze sales, profit, quantity, margin, and other KPIs across stores, categories, and sales channels.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and automated reports to improve reporting efficiency and data visibility.
• Prepare weekly trade meeting reports covering WTD, MTD, and YTD performance, including key findings and areas requiring action.
• Monitor actual performance against budget and last year's performance (LFL), identify gaps, and highlight improvement opportunities.
• Analyze store and category performance, top-selling items, slow-moving stock, aging stock, and rate of sale (ROS).
• Monitor key store KPIs, including traffic, transactions, conversion rate, and average selling price (ASP).
• Analyze sales trends and historical performance to support forecasting and business planning.
• Coordinate with Planning, Category, Operations, Marketing, E-Commerce, and other departments to review performance and follow up on agreed actions.
• Identify business risks, performance gaps, and growth opportunities, and provide recommendations to management.
• Validate data accuracy and consistency across reporting systems and dashboards.
• Prepare performance summaries and management reports to support business reviews and decision-making.
• Track action plans and evaluate their impact on business performance.
