Overview

Join the evolution of chauffeuring and help shape Blacklane in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We're redefining premium ground transportation by merging cutting-edge technology with exceptional service — creating a reliable, sustainable, and elevated travel experience for clients and chauffeurs worldwide.

As our Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth by acquiring and nurturing corporate clients and strategic partners across Riyadh and the wider Kingdom. Working closely with the Lead Sales Manager, you will help expand Blacklane's footprint and deliver exceptional value to our partners and customers.

Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth through the acquisition and development of new B2B clients and partners across sectors such as Government, Banking, Multinational Corporations, Hospitality, Real Estate, Sports, and Events.
  • Proactively identify, approach, and convert business opportunities in alignment with regional sales goals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Support the execution of the regional business plan to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Represent Blacklane at local industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Provide market insights and feedback to help shape commercial strategies and product offerings.
Qualifications
  • Experienced B2B sales professional with a successful track record in ground transportation, business travel, mobility, or related sectors within Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong understanding of the local market dynamics and established relationships within target industries.
  • Motivated self-starter with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage pipelines and close deals independently.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
  • Holds a valid driving license.
  • Ethical, ambitious, and passionate about delivering premium experiences and contributing to a purpose-driven company.
