Job summary
A fast-growing e-commerce firm is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize performance marketing efforts, particularly with Snapchat Ads, Meta, and Google. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in e-commerce performance marketing, the ability to monitor CPA and ROAS, and be capable of quick execution. Responsibilities include running campaigns, coordinating with content teams, and daily performance tracking. Familiarity with ClickUp and prior experience in the retail sector in Saudi Arabia are advantageous.
Qualifications
- Strong Snapchat Ads experience is mandatory.
- Background in e-commerce performance marketing is required.
- Understanding of CPA, ROAS, and retargeting is necessary.
- Comfortable working in ClickUp and providing reports.
- Ability to execute tasks quickly and maintain accountability.
Responsibilities
- Run and optimize campaigns on Snapchat, Meta, and Google Ads.
- Monitor daily spend, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
- Scale winning ads and pause underperformers.
- Coordinate with content team for ad creatives.
- Update performance daily in ClickUp.
- Identify website tracking issues and report them.
- Provide short and clear performance reports.

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize performance marketing for our fast-growing e-commerce business, with a strong focus on Snapchat Ads Meta Google tiktok
This role is execution-driven and measured by CPA, ROAS, and daily performance.
- Run and optimize campaigns on Snapchat, Meta, and Google Ads
- Monitor daily spend, CPA, ROAS, and conversions
- Scale winners and pause underperforming ads
- Ensure each product/category has separate ad sets
- Coordinate with the content team for creatives
- Update performance daily in ClickUp
- Identify website or tracking issues and report them
- Provide short, clear performance reports
- Strong Snapchat Ads experience (mandatory)
- E-commerce performance marketing background
- Understanding of CPA, ROAS, retargeting
- Comfortable with ClickUp and reporting
- Fast execution and accountability
This is a performance role, not a branding or content-only job.
Proven expertise in web analytics and online marketing.
Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Zid, or Salla, preferably within a retail environment.
Strong familiarity with digital marketing trends, tools, and performance tracking.
Prior experience in the e-commerce or retail sector within Saudi Arabia is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to manage funded campaigns with a focus on increasing ROI and conversion rates.
