As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of sales representatives to achieve company sales targets and objectives. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and leadership skills as well as a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. This is a contract position with a salary of $1200 per month.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations for the sales team and provide feedback for improvement.
• Create and deliver presentations to potential clients highlighting the benefits of our products/services.
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, production and finance to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or similar role.

• Ability to lead, motivate and mentor a team towards success.
• In-depth knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices and techniques.
