Job summary

Client of Eram Talent in Saudi Arabia seeks a Calibrations Sales Specialist to develop and maintain relationships with industrial and Oil & Gas clients, identify opportunities, promote calibration instrumentation and related services, and coordinate with technical teams to tailor solutions.

You will manage RFQs, quotations, tenders, and commercial proposals, follow inquiries through payment, and work toward monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while building a strong client pipeline in

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of direct experience in Calibration Sales.
• Experience dealing with industrial clients in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Manufacturing or related sectors.
• Good communication, negotiation and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients for calibration services.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the industrial and Oil & Gas sectors.
• Promote and sell calibration instrumentation, electrical testing and related technical services.
• Conduct client visits and understand customer technical and commercial requirements.
• Prepare and follow up on RFQs, quotations, tenders, and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate with technical teams to provide suitable calibration solutions to clients.
• Follow up with clients from initial inquiry through quotation, PO, order completion, invoicing, and payment collection.
• Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
• Maintain an updated client database, sales pipeline, revenue reports and sales forecasts.
• Identify potential subcontractors and suppliers when required for service execution.
• Build long-term business relationships and actively develop new accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Minimum 1 year of direct experience in Calibration Sales. Candidates with only general industrial sales experience without direct calibration sales experience will not be considered. Current location or relevant market experience in Dammam, Khobar, or Riyadh . Experience dealing with industrial clients, preferably within Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Manufacturing, or related sectors . Good understanding of calibration services and related technical requirements. Proven ability to generate leads, develop clients, prepare quotations, and close sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills. Valid Saudi driving license preferred.
