Job summary

Danfoss is hiring a Sales Engineer Graduate in Saudi Arabia to help expand our HVAC solutions across the region. You will combine a technical background with a customer-focused sales approach, support designs from early stage through implementation, and travel frequently to engage customers.

The role offers mentorship, training, and exposure to global opportunities as you build relationships and become a trusted technical advisor.

Qualifications

• Saudi nationals preferred; strong technical background in engineering.
• Fluent Arabic and solid English communication.

• Valid Category B driving license.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships by joining visits with Sales Engineers and identifying opportunities.
• Provide technical and commercial support with quotations and calculations.
• Support project development with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Act as product advisor, keep up-to-date with Danfoss portfolio.
• Deliver product presentations and training to customers and internal teams.

As our Sales Engineer Graduate, you’ll play a key role in expanding Danfoss' presence across Saudi Arabia by helping customers create more energy-efficient, reliable, and sustainable HVAC solutions.

Your impact will come from combining technical knowledge with a customer-focused sales approach. You’ll work closely with customers, support them in selecting the right solutions, and contribute to projects from the early design stage through successful implementation.

By building strong relationships and acting as a trusted technical advisor, you’ll help customers get the most value from Danfoss technologies while supporting our continued business growth across the region.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and strengthen customer relationships across Saudi Arabia by joining customer visits with Sales Engineers, understanding customer needs, and identifying new business opportunities.
• Provide technical and commercial support by preparing quotations, basic calculations, solution proposals, and following up on customer inquiries to deliver value-driven solutions.
• Support project development and execution by collaborating with consultants, contractors, wholesalers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as a trusted product advisor by maintaining strong knowledge of the Danfoss product portfolio, recommending suitable solutions, and ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
• Deliver product presentations and training programs to customers and internal sales teams, helping stakeholders understand product value propositions, applications, and best practices to drive business growth.

What We’re Looking For

• Saudi National
• Technical background or strong interest in engineering solutions (a fresh graduate with Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Building Services, or a related field is an advantage).
• A proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented approach, along with a valid Category B driving license and willingness to travel frequently within the region.
• Fluent Arabic and good English communication skills, with excellent relationship-building and customer communication abilities.
