Job summary

Danfoss GmbH in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Sales Engineer Graduate (Saudi National) to expand our HVAC solutions footprint across the region. You will combine technical knowledge with a customer-focused sales approach to support early design and successful implementation.

You’ll build relationships, provide technical and commercial support, and collaborate with consultants, contractors, and wholesalers to deliver value-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Technical background or strong interest in engineering solutions (fresh graduate with Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Building Services, or a related field is an advantage).
• A proactive, self-driven, results-oriented approach with a valid Category B driving license and willingness to travel frequently within the region.
• Fluent Arabic and good English communication skills with excellent relationship-building and customer communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen customer relationships across Saudi Arabia by joining customer visits with Sales Engineers, understanding customer needs, and identifying new business opportunities.
• Provide technical and commercial support by preparing quotations, basic calculations, solution proposals, and following up on customer inquiries to deliver value-driven solutions.
• Support project development and execution by collaborating with consultants, contractors, wholesalers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as a trusted product advisor by maintaining strong knowledge of the Danfoss product portfolio, recommending suitable solutions, and ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
• Deliver product presentations and training programs to customers and internal sales teams, helping stakeholders understand product value propositions, applications, and best practices to drive business growth.
