Job summary

Don Construction Products (DCP) seeks a Sales Engineer in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh or East Region) to promote and sell products, provide technical support, and ensure customer satisfaction on-site.

You will engage with clients, deliver product presentations, and collaborate with internal teams to meet sales targets. Fresh graduates or up to 3 years' experience, strong English, and travel willingness are valued.

Qualifications

• Very good command of English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and financial offers to customers.
• Provide on-site technical consultation and assistance to meet customer needs.
• Complete requests for information and tenders.
• Conduct sales activities for key accounts and maintain relationships.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities and report findings.
• Maintain and develop existing and new customers.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Sales Engineer to join our team in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh or East Region). This full-time, on-site role involves promoting and selling DCP’s products, providing technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Engineer will engage with clients, deliver product presentations, and collaborate with internal teams to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides technical and financial offers to customers.
• Provides technical consultation and assistance to meet customer's needs including on-site technical support.
• Complete request for proposals requests for information and tenders.
• Follows and conducts sales activities for some key accounts customers.
• Maintains and expands working knowledge of current and future related of the product.
• Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.
• Maintains and develops existing and new customers.
• Dealing with customer's complaints.
• Performs related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Fresh graduates or up to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of construction chemicals and building materials is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and travel as required.
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken
