Job summary

Dar Al Riyadh Group is seeking an experienced HSE Lead for a major construction portfolio in Riyadh. The role oversees development and execution of HSE plans, audits, and investigations across all fronts to ensure compliance with Saudi regulations and international standards.

You will lead a team, review risk assessments and permit-to-work procedures, and manage high-risk activities, driving safety performance and corrective actions to protect workers and the surrounding environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field with HSE focus.
• 10+ years of construction HSE experience with leadership responsibility.
• NEBOSH Diploma or NEBOSH IGC is required; OSHA or IOSH certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi HSE regulations, Civil Defense requirements, and international safety standards.

Job description

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of construction HSE experience, including leadership responsibility.
• Proven experience on large-scale mixed-use residential and commercial developments.
• NEBOSH Diploma or NEBOSH IGC is required; additional OSHA or IOSH certification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi HSE regulations, Civil Defense requirements, and international safety standards.
• Strong leadership, auditing, incident-investigation, and contractor-management skills.
• Saudi Council of Engineers registration is required where applicable.
